Estonian home beer taste in bottle , but too much carbonated. Seems craft for masses...for mainstream consumer

Saku home brew also known as Saku koduolu according to their website.
Pint served in old town Tallinn while on holiday in Estonia served cold into a saku hefeweizen looking glass. Consumed July 10, 2014. Tried to get their renowned Baltic porter, unfortunately they were out of stock, so I settled for this instead.
Appearance - hazy honey brown color, small head was poured but good retention. Sparkling white head.
Smell - fairly malty aromatics, some bready notes as well as a lighter Clove and banana aroma. Sort of reminiscent of a hefeweizen.
Taste - similar to the nose, rather bready with substantial malts, but also some wheat, banana and clove akin to a hefeweizen. Full flavour. Some smoke in the flavor as well.
Mouthfeel - smooth and rather creamy, again like a hefeweizen. Reasonably well carbonated.
Overall - I had to drink this in about 10 minutes so while it wasn't enjoyed to the fullest extent, it was definitely a brew I would purchase again if accessible. I also had no idea what is was when I purchased it, but was intrigued, so this was my first foray into the sahti style.

A-Deep orange, very hazy with a thick off-white head with good retention, plenty of yeast sediment in the bottle to swirl and add or leave alone depending on your preference
S-Slightly spicy with hints of alcohol and clove, some peachy esters
T-Mild fruity sweetness upfront, reminiscent of oranges, balanced by woody tannins from juniper with a dry and slightly mineral finish.
M-Medium to full bodied with medium low carbonation.
O-One of the few commercially available examples of Sahti available outside of Finland, this beer is based on a shared style brewed in Finland, Gotland and the Estonian island of Saaremaa. The name Koduõlu mean literally homebrew, which is synonymous in the Baltic and Scandinavia with farmhouse style beers, which showcase bold and funky flavors. Many of these beers incorporate juniper, but not all. This was a pleasant and mild interpretation of the style and very approachable for someone not used to these beers, without being dumbed down to the point of being unrecognizable. Overall an excellent beer and possible Sahti gateway drug. Drinkers will eager to explore this style more!
