Alta Vista IPA (Local Hop IPA)- Named after the farm in the northern Catskills where the hops were grown, this IPA exhibits a "terroir" that's quite different from what one might expect from Centennial, Chinook and Cascade. An aroma of citrus rind and savory herbs is followed by complex flavors of melons and oranges. It's unique! (7.1 % abv, 78 IBU)
