Named after the original beer purity law, this refreshing lager is brewed with German Pilsner malt and German-grown Saaz hops. Brewed in the South-German style, it has a solid malt body and a firm but soft bitterness derived from the noble hops. It has an aroma of hay, grass and subtle spice followed by the crisp flavor of malt, hops and stone fruits. (5% ABV / 28 IBU)
