Aromatic and caramel malts are balanced with a little Azacca and a generous amount of Michigan Copper hops from Bineyard Farms in upstate NY. The toasted malt character works in concert with the hoppy notes of pine and subtle tropical fruit to create a pleasant yet complex flavor.
