Straw-gold brew with a bright white head that laces the glass. True to its name, this IPA looks west, featuring a multi-hop kettle step, as well as a Simcoe/Centennial dry-hop. Resin rules the day as the flavor leans pine with a bit of grapefruit. Not a terribly complex IPA but it does have a satisfying dry finish.
