Our liquid worship song to the beauty of the hop. This fresh hop IPA is bigger than most, so we had to use more hops than most. Just enough malt to provide a foundation, and enough alcohol to attain liquid enlightenment. We went hop-wild with over 16 lbs of fresh, local Cashmere hops per barrel. Think citrus hard candy in the nose, and sugar glazed hop cone on the palate. A pale gold, alcohol-laden hop bomb.
Definitely the GOAT.

Draft at brewery. Brigh amber, clear, light patchy head. Aroma doesn't give much away, a bit of malt. Taste blasts the palate with astringent bitterness, some citrus oil. Super bitter, not much actual flavor.
