An incredible nose of peach/apricot, pear, and tropical fruits, backed with a little grapefruit and pine. On the palate, this beer is, extra juicy, luscious and tropically fruity, with mango, pineapple, and citrus up front with a touch of bitterness behind.

Draft at brewery. Amber body, small cap of head. This beer not only captures the juiciness of the NEIPA, but also throws in a healthy dose of West Cost dank. That's right, juicy and dank. A marriage made in heaven ...

great hop profile on this one, its a shame the base beer is a bit of a mess, and that the fermentation profile comes across a little sloppy. its odd, i havent liked much of the hoppy stuff from these guys, but all for different reasons, like across their lineup, they have gotten every aspect of a good ipa right, they just havent really done it all in the same beer yet. this one is just a little more clear and cleaned up looking than many of their others, with a nice tall white head from the tap at the brewery and an aroma of lovely dry hopped citra and mosaic, among others, its an obvious and well worn combination, but it still turns me on most of the time, and they have gotten the most out of it here. i like the el dorado in this too, melon forward as always, so distinct, and real fresh in here. everything i smell i can taste, which is a plus and something they should be commended for, but the maltiness of the beer is high, the body is big, the residual sugar is all over it, and there is something off again about the fermentation. its kind of amateur in that way, like the fermentation profile really shouldnt be part of this experience, it seems tainted to me. also feels heavy for what it is. decent because the hops are great, but another ipa type that falls a little flat overall for me from these guys. i hope they can eventually put it all together...
