Taster at WC taproom. Pale, hazy golden pour witha thin ring of head. Light citrus aroma, limes. Taste is more lime tartness with some dryness. Sweet and tart

Chill-hazed straw with a touch of bronze...nose POPs with lime and salinity/acidity, the palate follows with a crisp body and a good amount of present tartness...tasty summer brew for sure. Light and crisp.

a gose with lime and coriander here, both quite pronounced. it pours quite hazy and a little dull looking, but smells really fresh and good, with a fresh zested vibe to the lime and some minerals from the salt really accentuating it. i like all the wheat flavor and body this has, and while it might not be as drinkable and minimal and refreshing as i often like in the style, i also like the malt not being lobotomized, the extra body and flavor isnt heavy or sweet, and its a nice base for all the flavor. the coriander is natural and good, comes on strongest in the finish, and the whole thing really isnt very sour. its nice because its clean, no weird sloppy lacto souring, but it also doesnt quite get to the acidity level i feel like the style sort of demands. acidulated malt in the mix giving a little pucker, but thats all. a little longer to finish than most with all the lime, but the flavors are summer and appropriate. less carbonation than it should have kind of drags it down a little bit, but overall i like this pretty well. these beers continue to be hit and miss from western collective, but this one is promising.
