Haze Light is a constant experiment. Each batch is managed with different hops and sometimes adjustments to the yeast strain. It is a New England Pale, hazy in nature.
In V3, we used Strata and Azzaca hops.
Ingredients – Great Western 2-row, flaked oats, white wheat, crystal 20, Munich, cara-pils.

Draft at the Handlebar. Deep golden hazy pour, small creamy head. Musty, citrus aroma. Taste is grapefruit peel...yea, thats about it. Sharp, bitter, bracing.
