a name that parodies their frozen rose wine drink thats i think more popular than their beer in here. this is a brut ipa type with cashmere hops, hibiscus, and strawberries, and i think its somewhat innovative and decent, hopefully a sign of progress from these guys, who continue to be trendy but super hit or miss in terms of quality. this has just the right amount of fruit i think, is a touch sweeter than a brut should be, but isnt sugary per se, and i think whats there from the strawberries at the end works awesome well with the hops, a great synergy, and it gives cashmere a kind of new complexion, i dig it. the hops are delicious and fresh in this, but as a brut ipa its lacking a little bit. its not dry and its not as bubbly as it should be. still, i think this is pretty easy drinking, uniquely flavored with these hops and the slightly tangy hibiscus and strawberry flavor, and the proportions are pretty good. it also seems a tad more professionally executed than many of their others, hoping its a sign they have finally turned the corner. i hate that this has to exist, but ive had a million worse ones, and think they did a good job, trend chasing as it is, its one of their better current beers in my opinion.
