16oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy golden pour, orange tones in color and aroma, fading white foamy head. Aroma is orange pith, tangerine. Taste brings more citrus, juicy, orange peel. Very faint pine notes.

its weird and confusing how everything is a series with these guys, like they cant just make a beer and let it be. this new line has me excited though, assuming someone named kyle is a brewer, and based on the word play, assuming these beers will use thiolized yeasts, which is the future of ipa i reckon. not sure what the hops are in here, but this is really strikingly pungent and fresh to me, seems southern hemisphere but could be the phantasm powder doing that, super juicy, ripe guava and cantaloupe and key lime, pinot gris too, lemongrass, really fragrant and bright and springy, this is what i was expecting from the latest phantasy beer, but this is way more dramatic and sexy. its lightly hazy, thin bodied which i like for drinkability, and holds very little head even though its bubbly enough, lighter than yellow. the flavor of the hops is as good as the nose, big white wine grape, mango, passion fruit, and citrus to me, a galaxy type hop thing, but there is so much else at play, the thiols and all, i cant really guess at what hops are in this. the grain is light, even a little rawness to it, i like it being dry, and i dont need more from it here, the fast finish is like an exclamation mark for this hop profile, which has some oily linger but is also clean at the same time. kiwi fruit, green jelly bean, and lemon curd on the finish, juicy is an understatement, delicious and really drinkable. i hope the next one comes out soon, my excitement for this sort of thing is really high, this is how we get hazy ipa that doesnt taste like all the other ones, this style has stagnated recently and these yeasts are reawakening my stoke! nice work on this one!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
