Brewed in honor of everyone’s beloved brewery cat Comet, this massive Imperial India Pale Ale incorporates some of our favorite ingredients and stylistic attributes. A clear, bone dry, base base lets the hops really shine on this one. We started with our hand-selected Citra & Mosaic, and then layered in a bunch of fresh comet, aroma zeus, and simcoe hops. Expect danky notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and tangerine.

Draft at WC. Clear gold n, small filmy white head, rings of lacing. Citrusy aroma, oranges, fruity. Taste lays a solid bready malt framework for the hops to work their magic on. Fruity, light citrus, malty, caramel. Well balanced.
