Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a lightly hazy, medium coppery amber with a two finger off-white head that dissipates to a thick cap with nice lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt, citrus and grassy hops, lemon, hay and light dry caramel. Flavor is biscuit malt, citrus hops, orange, grapefruit, a hint of camphor, apple juice. Solid, but not aggressive bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. An old fashioned biscuity IPA with a satisfactory, if not exciting citrus hop profile. The date code was a little blurry, but I think this has a few months on it; a fresher one might have some brighter hops. I wish I could read the date to see how long it takes a husky to run (or stroll) from Palmer to Seattle. A workmanlike, but not remarkable IPA that I'd be glad to find fresh in Palmer. Looks nice.

Not much to say it's a balanced ipa slightly bitter easy cracker malts a bit tannic finish but easy to quaff back. Not bad at all thanks bro for bringing it back!
