Poured from can, Co Wicklow, Ireland. Pours cloudy,lemon gold. Smell is citrus, taste is initially sharp citrus too, almost acrid but mellows into a sweet and creamy finish. Nicely carbonated, just a little tartness.

440ml can from O'Briens Wine Off-Licence, Athlone (€3):
Pale golden, hazy & topped with a 3 to 4cm head that's white, foamy & holds pretty well. Mainly citrus, light biscuit, pale malts & grassy hops on the nose: very light & standard for the style with a su tle sweetness & some lemon to round things off. It's quite dry & sharp, well-carbonated & effervescent too with lemon, citrus & some pine hops with a subtle pineapple flavour too; nothing out of the ordinary & pretty average overall.
