We have used ‘shiny leaf buckthorn’ for the bittering which is a type of hop used by the locals in Ethiopia for their home brews. As well as that, it is front loaded with Citra & Mosaic and then again in the dry hop during fermentation, all layered on to a malt base of pale malt and rolled oats. It’s super fruity and juicy.
