This beer is a Biere De Miel inspired saison using locally sourced West Australian Black Honey. This lovely beer is dry to the palate and incredibly sessionable for 7.5% ABV. The floral notes of the honey blend in beautifully with the pepper and citrus notes delivered by Bright Tank Brewing Co's favourite Saison Strain.
