Uniontown Brewing Co.

My wife and I visited this brewpub while staying in Ashland for an overnight rest on a long distance roadtrip. Located in the downtown area, the setting is an old furniture store. Parking was easy, service was prompt and friendly, and the food was exceptionally good. The beer was solid, other than some off flavors in the stout and porter. We especially liked both IPA’s. This place is absolutely worth a stop if you are in the area.

Uniontown Brewing is set in an old furniture store on the main drag in Ashland which gave it a old school feel. The space was very big with a small bar in the back.....but large amounts of table seating. The quality of the food and beer was very good....way above average. The service was kind and attentive. There was plenty to food items to select from and they had 16 of there own beers on tap. The food was extremely good....shared a fried chicken sandwich and a Rueben. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Nice place, good atmosphere, decent food. Their beer needs some work.

This place is downtown Ashland; it has a rather large restaurant seating area with a small bar in the back with about 10 stools. Kristen helped make the visit nice and the other folks at the bar were friendly and informative. I was there at 4:30 Friday but it was already reasonably busy with all but one of the stools taken and food leaving the kitchen. I assume it got a lot busier later.
