Can from Bert's
Pours a slightly hazy deep medium gold color with a small bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Bready toasty with earthy grass and light clove to counter.

This is still a very good Pils but I was more than quite surprised when I got home that it was can dated from July 2020 and I bought it at the brewery yesterday

Copper-golden color with a 1F head in a Pilsener glass. Deep malt aroma. Very crisp and dry mouth feel. Bready.
Deep malt taste followed by a good bitterness.
Excellent Bohemian Pils. All New England malts.

Canned 7/23/20
Pours a large foamy frothy 1.5 finger head with med retention, touch of lacing, very hazy (tsk tsk) straw golden color

Nose brings nice grainy-sweet rich pilsner malts, cereal and a little bread dough, light floral herbal hops, touch of a lemony character, little cracker as well

Taste brings some grainy-sweet pilsner malt, a little straw, cracker, bread dough, again a hint of a lemony note but more like lemongrass, fair herbal floral noble hops, a touch grassy as well, soft lager, med-lighter bitterness up front with a crisp bitterness late thanks to probably some sulfates or something similar, light herbal spicy hop lingering, a bit of corn as well on the back end

Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft lager, crisp finish, med foamy carb

Overall pretty good pilsner, Bohemian style might be the closest match, def not more modern style Czech, and not really German style, but I could see Austrian or old world Czech or something like that.
