Another complex but super well balanced bottle from these folks. You get the ginger and plum but neither is dominant, the wine barrel is pretty prominent though. Lightly tart, oak funk and dark fruit. Delightful beer. I definitely enjoyed their canned offerings but the bottled saisons really show off just how good they are at what they do. And after the departure of Enlightenment several years ago, this is definitely a niche that needed filling in MA. Well done AT!
