Draft at the brewery
Creamy frothy thick large head great retention, tons of lacing, semi hazy reddish orange to amber color
Nose toasted biscuit cereal grain, bread crust, hint of sweet caramel and fruit notes, rustic farmhouse saison spice and earthy characters, herbal floral hops
Taste brings mild sweetness with more toasted malts, biscuit and rich bread crust with mild caramel toffee, floral spices with a little rose tea, herbal floral hop notes, touches of dried fruits, more earthy farmhouse saison yeast spices and esters, semi dry finish with med hop bitterness adding a bit of a spicy hop
Mouth is med bod, higher effervescent carb
Overall pretty nice

L - pours a deep orange/golden with a one finger, white, bubbly head. Decent lacing.
S - this might sound weird, but smelled like a lager but with dirt notes.
T - followed the nose with a bready consistency.
F - thin mouthfeel with a dry finish.
O - a pretty good looking and tasting beer. “Rustic Lager” is pretty cool, too.

Pours a orangish golden. Amber even. Pillowy head that looks like expansively fermented dough. Soapy earthy noble hop character on the nose. It's dough bread crust, like a straight round loaf but with actual maillard on the crust complete with the boils. It's dry. It's really delicious.
