I visited the brewery for the first time this week (Sept 2021) with a colleague from work to grab some take-out food for lunch. After our chat I popped back to the brewery for a selection of 6 beers.
It pours a golden yellow with little head that disappears almost instantly. The aroma is slightly sweet bready crackerness that I really like…..but it’s subtle.
The flavour is a light refreshing beer with that breadiness coming through in the finish.
I could easily drink a 6-pack of these on a summer evening (actually any time of the year) or during a BBQ and be very very happy.
It’s definitely a session beer and I’d love to return the brewery and drink this on draft.
I will definitely be back for more.

In my own opinion blonde ales are usually pretty bland. Not this one. I taste sweetness, kind of like pez candy and nice hoppy notes. Very flavourful for a blonde. Looks nice in my glass as well with a nice head and lacing. One of the better blondes
