Appearance: Pours a lightly hazed, soft yellow body with a half-inch head of snow white foam.
Smell: A twangy, lacto-rich nose. Slight, distant hints of pastry dough, lemon meringue.
Taste: A soft, understated maltiness, featuring subtle hay-like notes, a bit of wheat. Faintly sweet. Like the nose displays, it's got a good lactic vibe about it. Moderately tasting of tart lemons. Small touch of grape must and a remote minerality on the lively finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: Fairly solid. It is soundly flavorful but moves pretty briskly, aided by its light-leaning body and spirited carbonation.
