16oz can into a pint glass. NO freshness dating.
Nice clear dark brown body. Small tan head quickly shrinks to a thin ring. No lacing.
Nice sweet caramel malt aroma.
On tasting, it's clean, easy drinking, eminently sessionable. Malty, sweet, no aftertaste. Could hammer these down all night long.
Mouth is the thin side of medium, finish a sweet malty wash.
Overall, a little lightweight for the style. Having said that, it's clean with no aftertaste, and I'd have no problem sinking 6 or more of these in an evening in a local pub.
