Appearance: Pours a reddish-pink, rose petal toned body with a crackling, short-lived, whitish head.
Smell: Tart, lactic with a scrappy unkemptness and berryish fruit overtones.
Taste: Tart-tasting, fruity and a bit sweet, like a SweeTart candy. Lactic, lemony. A bit more of a vigorous flavor than a complex yet delicate rendition, which is acceptable and certainly a well-traveled road with kettle sours these days.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-light carbonation.
Overall: Alright. Slants a bit sweeter than I would prefer, giving it a wine cooler vibe.
