Enjoyed one of these today at the brewery and was pleasantly surprised. Worth giving a try.

Look: Black coffee liquid with a tight light brown head that has a short hand time. Ends up as a thin ring of foam around the edge with a respectable lace on the walls.
Smell and Taste: Notes of chocolate and coffee. Any coconut is hard to identify. Quite dry on the finish. Leans more toward a brown ale than a stout.
Feel: Quite smooth and easy to drink.
Overall: Not what I was expecting. Lacking the body of a good stout.

Look - nice black body with a big shirt lived tan head
Smell - chocolate coconut roasty malts
Taste - same as the smell but better as it warms uo
Feel - light body with a medium carb
