Appearance: Light yellow and hazy. Looks like grapefruit juice in a glass. Good head retention. No visible carbonation.
Aroma: Tropical fruit. Detected a note of coconut. No malt aromas.
Flavor & Aftertaste: Light citrus flavor, slight sweet note. Some pepper.
Mouth feel: Medium length finish. Dry with low carbonation.
Overall: This is DDH with Nelson Sauvin hops. I like Nelson Sauvin hops because it doesn't overwhelm you with citrus aromas, you get mostly tropical fruit, which is a nice change of pace. I also detected a slight coconut aroma. It looks like grapefruit juice when poured into a glass. Nice light body. Typical of NEIPA, it's not very better at all. You'll get a touch of pepper in the aftertaste. Well crafted.

Really unique almost like a brut IPA.
Looks is dirty yellow, but delivers a muted citrus hop flavor that is nicely effervescent.
