Copenhagen 29/12 2022. 50 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Green can with red figures formed as pine trees with the tops set at flame.
Pours almost clear pale yellow with a huge white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of pale malts mingling with fresh grass and a bit of citrus. Bread and straws. Whiff of citrus fruit. Fresh.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Solid, simple Czech Pilsner.
