Cryo Hops® are cryogenically processed hop pellets with a substantially higher concentration of lupulin (part of hops where most hoppy goodness is hidden) than usual hop pellets. We’ve never dry-hopped any of our beers with just Cryo – until now. Rest in Space is our showcase beer for Cryo Pop™ blend known for its intensely tropical, citrusy and stone fruit aromas. The higher lupulin content gives this NEIPA more punchy bitterness and unrivaled aroma intensity full of tangerines and peaches literally crawling out of your glass.
