Our flagship IPA. When we made our first Lollihop in January 2017, it was obvious that we’ll have to keep on rebrewing it. Many things have changed since then, but Lollihop proved to be timeless, so we just keep on adding more hops. Dry, intensely bitter and highly drinkable West Coast IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops is sure to please you anytime, so we like to keep a can or two in the fridge all the time. Just to be sure.

Pours a slightly cloudy, deep golden coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity, slightly caramelly malt and citrus hops, with notes of grapefruit and lime peel, as well as just a hint of pine. Taste is a good balance of biscuity, slightly caramelly malt and fruity, slightly floral and resinous hops, with citrus notes of grapefruit and lime peel, as well as some pine coming through as well. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some grapefruit and pine lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A nice West Coast IPA that certainly fits the style with its zesty citrus notes and bitter, resinous finish. It's a bit too floral for my personal taste and could still be a bit more bitter and fuller in body, but overall this makes for an enjoyable example of the style that drinks easily on a hot summer day.
