Flavored version of our West Coast IPA. The aroma of grapefruit peel blends perfectly with the hops and enhances the experience. Citrus bomb, bitterness of grapefruit peel and juicy grapefruit pulp. You want it!

Pours a slightly cloudy, golden amber coloration with a small, frothy head. Smells of biscuity, slightly caramelly malt. a strong grapefruit aroma and some hoppy, floral accents. Taste is a good balance of biscuity, slightly caramelly malt and fruity, floral, slightly resinous hops, with citrus notes of grapefruit and lime peel, as well as hints of pine. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some grapefruit and hints of pine lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
The grapefruit ist strong with this one, as you might expect, but the malts and hops still come through here noticeably as well, with this not being the Radler that I had kind of expected. It's not quite as bitter and resinous as the base beer though, with the floral hops still being the most noticeable. Really feels liek more of an IPA with an added grapefruit presence, which I can quite enjoy and is most fitting here, as the base beer was already quite heavy on the hoppy citrus notes.
