Cold's Cool
Sibeeria
Cold IPA, 13° Plato, 6.1% ABV. Prokvašená, hořká, čirá a hutně nachmelená. Protože takové pivo my rádi.
We’ve done more collaborations with Pinta than with any other brewery. They’re good friends and we always enjoy having them around, so when they dropped by in Prague on their recent Czech trip, there was no way we’d let them pass by without brewing a beer. Sticking to our common theme of clear, bitter beers we’ve been quietly keeping, we went for something new – Cold’s Cool is a cold IPA brewed with HBC 586, Moutere, and Nelson Sauvin. Bone-dry, bitter, clear, and intensely hoppy. Because that’s what we like to drink.

500 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 6.1%. Slightly hazy and very pale straw colour, small white head. Aroma of citrus, yellow stonefruits and herbal hops. Smooth mouthfeel, moderate carbonation. Slightly sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma, dry peppery finish.
