Pastry Sour Ale w/ Blackcurrant, Raspberry & Lingonberry, 19° Plato, 6.9% ABV. Tomuto jasně červenému pivu z lesních plodů dominují stovky kilogramů černého rybízu, malin a brusinek, které vytvářejí ovocnou symfonii osvěžení. Sladká a kyselá chuť jdou ruku v ruce s hladkým sladovým základem, který do vaší zimy jistě přinese více léta.
This beer-y berry juice is dominated by hundreds of kilos of blackcurrant, raspberry and lingonberry that create a fruity symphony of refreshment. Sweet and sour go hand in hand with smooth malt base that is sure to bring more summer into your winter.

Copenhagen 28/8 2021. 75 cl bottle from Ølkassen web-shop. Red, purple and pink mingling in great harmony on the label.
Pours opaque hazy burgundy with a big pink head. Bubbly. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a tart sour scent. Strawberry tart, black currants and lactose. Tart lemon and gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Well balanced Pastry Sour. Fortunately more Sour than Pastry.
