Green Sumatran coffee beans aged in a Woodford Reserve bourbon barrel, then roasted by our friends at Regal Coffee in Garden City, cold brewed, then added to our Brown Ale.

Draft at Boise Brewpub. Near black pour, ring if head, lacing. Aroma is coffee first, smoke, hints of whiskey. Taste amps up a bit, more of the bourbon, sweetness, then coffee, burnt toast. Really melds nicely on the tongue.
