A little haze, dirty brown in color. Off-white head sticks around for a while and leaves good lacing.

Smells like grain and fruity hops.

Taste like my grandpa’s red man chewing tobacco. There’s a dry finish. This is solid.

If I tried this without reading the can I would’ve assumed it was a brown ale

Purchased in Edmond, OK at Crest Foods --12 oz cans

Appearance
Hazy copper color, off white head that retains well.

Aroma
Toasty/nutty malt. Slight ripe fruit and earthy hop.

Flavor
Toasty, nutty malt, slight malt sweetness; earthy, soft hop bitterness and flavor. Long, malty, nutty, bittersweet finish.

Medium mouthfeel, no unusual harshness, moderate to high CO2 for style,

Overall
This is an old-school, chewy, hearty AAA. Closer to a brown in some ways. If that is your thing, you will love this beer.
