Poured from a 12 oz can:
Pours a slightly opaque straw color. Head is thin but does retain around the circumference of the glass. No lacing.
Smell is malty and bready up front, then the grass and hops come in. Respectably strong aroma.
Taste follows the nose. Good balance of malt and herbal/floral hops. Finish is long and the hop bitterness overpowers the malt for me. Also in the finish, there’s a bit of dankness right before it disappears, which was unexpected, but adds to the layers.
Carbonation was really low for style, but it was still crisp. Very light body. I recommend finishing this one relatively fast (10 minutes tops), because if you wait too much longer than that, the carbonation dies out and becomes like flat ginger ale.
Overall, I respect what the intent was here, it just didn’t hit home with me.

Appearance
Dark gold, Creamy but weak head, hazy
Aroma
Fresh, crisp, crackery, bready, biscuity malt, with low spicy/grassy/herbal noble hop
Flavor
Delivers on the promise of the aroma: Fresh burst of clean, crisp pale malt flavor, not too sweet--almost "savory"; balance by a tasty blend of noble, traditional hop flavors and a soft subtle hop bitterness to keep the maltose in check.
Mouthfeel
Light mouthfeel. Low-to-medium CO2 for style, a touch of pucker/astringency.
Overall
A tasty, solid, well made blonde ale for maltheads. Similar to COOP Horny Toad.
