Appearance
Nearly clear, Light copper/deep gold, /creamy white head that retains well and laces moderately.
Aroma
Strong Biscuity and slight caramel malts, light-to moderate English and Domestic hops.
Flavor
Malty and dry, moderate but crisp, aggressive bitterness. Dry finish.
Mouthfeel
Light-medium. Moderate CO2 and mild astringency
