An earlier version of this beer was brewed as a collab with Boundary bay Brewery, and is listed under the BB page. This version is brewed at Stemma.
Served in style of glass I don't know the name of. Poured a clean, clear bright straw color, with 1/2 inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.
A low malt base was dominated in the nose by bright pine and citrus hops.
The flavors were the same, just bigger, and better defined.
The body was light, crisp, clean, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was good, you could easily knock back a crowler out by the river. Overall, a much brighter and more interesting beer than the collab version. Worth trying if you see it.
