Served in half-liter "Grand master" (whatever the hell that is) glass. Poured a clean, clear, bright, light gold color with a half-inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.
The aroma led off with light, but solid, grains, a slight bit of funk, and a moderate amount of floral hops.
Very similar on the tongue, with the hops being much brighter.
The body was light, crisp, sharp, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was very nice, I could easily drink a few more of these. Overall, a nice take on the style. Worth trying if you see it.
