Served in knock-off spielgau pint. Poured a very lightly cloudy orange-yellow color with1/3 inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.
The aroma had a light, but solid, grain base, with a nice blast of hops.
Same on the tongue, with the hops showing in a brighter manner.
The body was the typical medium of the style, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was nice, i could see having a couple of these.
Overall, a nice brew. Mosaic may not be my favorite hop, so this beer might appeal to you more if you're into the hop.
