Very fragrant with a lingering flowery nose. Brewed with 100 percent Sultana Hops. Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Blanche de Chambly goblet. Rich and mellow flavors with that pervasive perfume. Tastes of citrus zest, pears, and apples with a splash of Muscat wine.
This is a hop well worh trying. Nicely used here, with huge aromatics and modest bitterness. Lime peel and hints of herbal astringency in the aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at Haggen Market. Dated 01/06/21 on the bottom.
