Served in modified perfect pint glass. Poured a clean, clear, bright gold color with a bit over a half-inch of white head that had very good retention and light lacing.
The aroma popped with bright, citrusy hops (of the 4 varieties in this beer, the Mosaic and Azzacca were fresh hops), with a solid, yet soft, grain base.
Same on the tongue, a solid WCIPA, with the brightness of fresh hops.
The body was typical for the style, medium-full, and was smooth, with a semi-dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, you could easily knock back a few of these.
Overall, a solid and enjoyable FH brew. Worth trying if you see it.
