Great beer with a steak and shrimp. Not poundable, fairly stout.

Very well done pilsner. Close to German quality with a finish that has the hop bite these pilsners are known for. Will buy again

Appearance: Clear gold. Fluffy white head with good retention
Aroma: Herbal, floral and grainy
Flavor & After Taste: Herbal and spicy; low to moderate bitterness. Low sweetness.
Palate: Semi-dry, crisp clean short finish
Overall: A very good German style pilsner. Brewer used several different hops: Merkur, Hallertau Blanc, Hersbrucker and Hallertau Mittelfrüh, giving in some subtle layered aroma and flavor notes. Floral, spicy, with some hints of berry; but you'll mostly note the floral and spicy notes. Medium bodied. Low to moderate Bitterness. It drinks clean and crisp. Good balance. Highly drinkable. Well crafted and one of the better German style pilsners made in Georgia.
