This beer is clear, dark copper in color with mild carbonation. Aroma is an even balance between vanilla, and oak. The taste is a rich, smooth caramel with sweet honey notes. The finish is realatovely crisp due to its lager origins, but its burbon character resonates. This beer’s dynamic qualities can be better appreciates if served warmer temperatures, around 40-50 degrees.

This is an excellent beer. Very unique in you don't find many Doppelbock style beers aged in whisky barrels. This beer is a must try if you are in the Atlanta area. Doppelbock malt complexity that is not overy sweet with added barrel flavors.
