A vibrant red ale editing flavors of honey, caramel, and pastry. A bit of darker malt gives roasted character that we pair with noble hops and centennial hops for an earthy, resinous and pine flavored semi-bitter finish.

Poured from a crowler into a pint glass. Pours deep red with a small off white head. Smells of caramelized grain with some citrus notes. Tastes of caramelized grain with nice bright citrus. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
