Very dark copper color, bright and clean. Good foam, off-white.
In the smell a lot of juniper berries, and maltiness.
Malty taste, then again a lot of juniper, and, over all, gentian. In the aftertaste, too. With a very long peculiar bitterness.
Malty base, some biscuit.
Interesting and well done.
