Winter 2018 - Gentian, juniper, cinnamon
Dark, reddish edges, evanescent foam.
In the smell gentian over all, then cinnamon and juniper.
The three notes come in successive waves, but they are well balanced.
Good balance in the taste too, on a malty base, not heavy. Very fresh and peculiar.
Average body, long, long aftertaste, with herbal notes, juniper and gentian, and the bitterness o fthe gentian is very long.
Very interesting.
