On-tap 12/4/2021 at Back 40 in North Kingstown, RI, served in a US tumbler glass.
A: The beer is a hazy light yellow color, with a short white head that fades slowly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains lemon, light caramelized malts and some floral hops.
T: The taste starts out with sweet flavors of lemon and other citrus fruits. Then a decent floral hops bitterness comes in. The malt character is light but complementary and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down very easily, not filling at all, mild kick, good representation of style. This is a solid beer to pound down for a long time.
