A moderate pour from a 32-oz. can yielded a fat finger of white soapy and fizzy foam with very long retention, the head slowly shrinks and turns rocky. Irregular blotches of lace form over the hazy light-straw colored body.
Bready and crackery malt greets the nose with very faint floral hops.
Semi-dry with mild bitterness, the malt taste is big for the style with the rice adjunct a bit forward. The middle of the taste has corn and a general graininess standing out. Hop flavor is low, balanced behind the malt and adjuncts. A strange cardboard like taste is strong at the finish, it retreats with the other flavors leaving behind a chalky aftertaste.
Light bodied with plentiful and lasting carbonation, session-able and smooth going down. Lots of flavor for the style although some of the tastes are not very pleasing.
