12-oz pour at the brewery. A finger of white soapy foam over a yellow straw body with a hint of orange.
Belgian yeast remnants greets the nose with coriander, banana and lemony hops. Bready and doughy malt in the background.
Neutral with medium low bitterness, tangy and a little sour in a refreshing way. Some toast is added to the malt. The finish is drawn out with hop and malt flavor gradually dropping off. The aftertaste is slightly sour but not dry.
Medium-light bodied with ample carbonation, balanced and refreshing.
Alcohol is very well hidden. True to Belgian style and brewery fresh.
