Enjoyed on draft at the brewery taproom
A - Beautiful light straw color, excellent clarity, gentle carbonation meanders topside.
Thin white cap is quick to exit
S - Lite grainy nose, hint of earthy hops, just a hint in the floral department,
T - Tight grain alley, stays in the lanes nicely, a touch of lemongrass is a nice touch.
M - Dry start, nice texture, with a uniformity that i like, Excellent snappy finish
O - A quite good local take on the style, hard to hide any flaws here, and this brewer had nothing to hide!!
